Very poor speed and disappointing return/refund experience

Very disappointing experience with BIGBEST. I purchased this Nokia AOD311NK 5G Outdoor CPE for ₹9,999 expecting good 5G performance. However, in my testing the device was giving only around 30 Mbps, while my mobile phone on the same network and at the same location was getting around 150 Mbps+. The biggest disappointment was the return process. I sent BIGBEST a written request for return and full refund on the same day of delivery, less than 3 hours after receiving the product. Their product page advertised “7-day easy returns,” but later their return portal showed “The 2-day window for this item has closed” even though only around 33 hours had passed since the actual delivery. The device was not opened, rooted, flashed or physically modified, and I kept the product, packaging and accessories in the condition received. Despite requesting the return almost immediately, I did not receive a proper resolution and eventually had to raise the matter with the National Consumer Helpline. Based on my experience, I am very disappointed with both the product performance and the return/refund handling. Buyers should carefully verify the expected performance and return conditions before purchasing.
