BIGBEST’S returns and exchange policy gives you an option to exchange items purchased on BIGBEST for any reason within the specified period of 24 hours for intimation or complain. The item(s) are eligible for free Exchange/replacement only, within 24 hours of delivery, in an unlikely event of the item delivered is wrong or physically damaged.. The item(s) are not eligible for any refund in any condition. We do not have a return pick-up service available at our store. The only way to Exchange/replace the product is through self-shipping. 

1.     If you choose to exchange the item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.


We will provide you the Coupon code of the same amount of product. You can use the coupon code to buy the same or different products in our website. The difference of amount (if any) can be paid via our website. Please note, if any credit left for the coupon cannot be re-used so make sure you use all the coupon value while re-ordering of product.

2.     If the replacement product is not available, in such cases either product will be upgraded or coupon code of the same amount will be provided to you which can be redeemed fully on purchase of any product through our website.

3.     Damaged/faulty products must be reported within 24 hours from the delivery date accompanied by clicked images of the defective product.

4.     Net amount paid by you (excluding instant cashback/discount) to purchase an original item will be considered to calculate the original coupon amount.

5.     Replacement of the products will be initiated in 3-5 days if they met our Returns and Exchange Policy and pass through a quality check     conducted at the warehouse. If the quality check fails the product will be reshiped back to you.

6.     Non-returnable products/categories cannot be exchanged.

7.     Platform handling fee is not applicable to exchanged orders.

8.     BIGBEST shall not be held responsible if the returned product didn’t receive at the warehouse.

9.     BIGBEST shall reserve the right to restrict the exchange of the items purchased on BIGBEST if a customer in any way breaches or misuse this policy, as determined in BIGBEST sole discretion.

10.  Self-Shiping

You can self-ship the item using any courier of your choice that has package tracking capabilities. If you self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Please pack the product and ensure product must be in original condition with Brand’s/manufacture’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein. Kindly address the package to the address of the returns provided below. You will need the following return documentation to initiate return.

·        A copy of the invoice highlighting the items being returned (place it inside the return package);

·        Declaration of item details, value and return reason.

·        Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We will send you a confirmation email subject to your returns being inspected and successfully processed upon receipt at our end.
